Emphasis was placed on scanning and uploading all records during the evidence stage, including documents, exhibits, witness lists, and bail bonds, with utmost accuracy, since no changes are permitted after uploading. The need for regular updates of under-trial prisoners’ lists was also stressed, supported by a practical demonstration to enhance technical understanding.
