October 18, 2025In compliance with the recent directives issued by the Hon’ble Peshawar High Court, Distict Judiciary Swabi is pleased to notify the commencement of the Independent Judicial Malkhana specifically designated for Narcotics Cases.
This initiative stems from the judgments in Writ Petitions No. 5504-P and 5560-P of 2025 (Asif Ullah vs. Govt of KP & others), aimed at ensuring the transparent and secure custody of case property.
Under the visionary guidance and principled leadership of Mr. Ashfaque Taj, District & Sessions Judge, Swabi, and through the dedicated administrative efforts of Mr. Sardar Jawad Ahmad, Senior Civil Judge (Admn), Swabi, an Independent Judicial Malkhana specifically for Narcotics Cases has been successfully established.
